Man, I didn’t get my journal in today and I was panicking. Decided to be lazy today, but forgot I could do this on my phone!
Sticking to it. Logging everything in my fitness pal. Getting exercise. Not drinking. Taking lots of baths. Getting awesome sleep. This was last night.
And here was a couple of weeks ago.
Not awful, but not great. Here’s to good sleep! 👍
