I have to leave here in about 15 minutes to go to work. My first day working in a while. But here it is, 6:25 am and I’m getting my journaling in. Woo!
I know one of my goals this year was not to get better sleep but this first week after winter break I’m averaging maybe 7 hours a night and I’m not a happy camper. I need 8 hours a night to feel good. 7 hours a night is just meh. I’m not going to say I “should” get more sleep, but I NEED more sleep. That much is obvious.
Anyway, I just wanted to say that I can get up early and go to work even though I’m sleepy and still fit in approximately two minutes to get some writing in for myself. Feels pretty great! *pats self on back*
